About Us:
We are a design-build residential company based in Rockport, dedicated to craftsmanship, creativity, and high-quality construction. Our in-house woodshop is an integral part of our process, where we bring custom design elements to life with precision and care.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with 5–10 years of experience to join our woodshop team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time role working hands-on in our Rockport woodshop on a variety of custom residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture components according to detailed plans and specifications

  • Interpret technical drawings, architectural blueprints, and shop sketches

  • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other craftspeople

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Lift and maneuver materials and finished pieces (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Ask questions, seek solutions, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in cabinet making or fine woodworking

  • Strong understanding of woodworking tools, machinery, and joinery techniques

  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and share knowledge

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience, in $30-$35/hr. range.
