Gloucester Mid-Century Modern

Built in 1953 as a single-level home in the deck house style, Treehouse was commissioned to redesign the original structure and add a second level that celebrates the home’s original mid-century modern style spirit.  Renovations include an open and expanded entry foyer, an open floor plan kitchen, and better access to exterior spaces and view corridors.  The new second floor includes a living space with ocean views and access to an ocean front roof deck, an art studio open to the living space, and a guest bedroom and bathroom.
